     I began my healing arts training in 1984, apprenticing under the tutelage of healing arts master, the late Kamala Renner at her EarthStar Center, Hooksett NH.  It was here that I learned massage, Touch for Health, reflexology and yoga, and was trained as Hatha Yoga instructor.  Rebirthing, Alchemical Hypnotherapy, crystal healing and past life regression were also part of my early, metaphysical and spiritual experiences, the energy and awareness of which I bring to the table for your session.

     ​I graduated from the DoveStar Massage Therapy Institute, Hooksett, NH, in 1987.  I am a career massage therapist and have been licensed for over 30 years.  My continuing education has focused on methods to be of greatest service to my clients, including advanced structural work, gentle methods such as Myofascial Release, Lymph Drainage Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy and Energy Medicine.  I have learned advanced techniques from my work in physical therapy and chiropractic offices, where I have been privileged to provide pre- and post-event care along with remedial massage for elite and junior athletes.  Gifted with compassion and the wisdom that comes with experience, my work with the seriously and terminally ill has enabled me to relieve the suffering of others and provide uplifting care.  I am privileged to be in service to others, and am blessed to be able to provide the services I love so much to so many of you.

​     Currently, I am continuing my education in CranioSacral Therapy and Access Consciousness™.  I look forward to being of service and sharing the wisdom of these methods with you.
