          I am a career massage therapist and have been licensed for over 30 years. My continuing education has focused on methods to be of greatest service to my clients, including advanced myoskeletal alignment, gentle methods such as Myofascial Release, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy and energy medicine.  I have learned advanced techniques from my work in physical therapy and chiropractic offices, where I have been privileged to provide pre- and post- surgical care along with remedial massage for elite and junior athletes.

     Gifted with compassion and the wisdom that comes with experience, my work with the seriously and terminally ill has enabled me to relieve the suffering of others and provide uplifting care. I am privileged to be in service to others and am blessed to be able to provide the services I love so much for so many people.

​     My work is the culmination of over 30 years of study and of practicing alternative healing arts.  During this time, one of the things that I have learned is that we all have stories to tell.  These are the stories of how our bodies have achieved healing and wellness and how we have descended into discomfort and unwellness.  Everyone has a story to tell, and everybody also has a story to tell.  My job is to listen to you both, and help you to communicate more effectively with each other, assisting you to achieve optimum wellness.  I look forward to awakening the mind to the possibilities of healing, energizing your body to accept the possibility of greater healing and illuminating your soul, allowing full expression of healing!
